Geologists in Russia’s volatile Chechnya region have discovered what they believe to be fossilized dinosaur eggs laid by one of the huge extinct reptiles that roamed the Earth more than 60 million years ago.
“We’ve found about 40 eggs so far, the exact number has not been established,” said Said-Emin Dzhabrailov, a geologist at the Chechen State University, “There could be many more laying under the ground”.
I was always fascinated of any historical facts about dinosaurs, i just wish they turn the place to a natural habitat if the evidence were all real.

I’m glad to know that one of the historic buildings in Kuwait City is getting restored rather than destroyed as we see that most of the old buildings are getting demolished which is extremely sad. Old heritage should remain and be taken care of to show the children in the future how Kuwait used to be in the past. I believe that a giant tree wouldn’t keep standing still if its roots were cut. I’m not against moving on towards technology and modernity but it’s a crime to erase all the old places that would be considered as touristic utilities in other countries.

Byblos is the first Phoenician Mediterranean city which is located in Mount Lebanon or as called in Arabic: Jubayl (جبيل). It is believed to have been founded around 5000 BC. Today it is considered to be the oldest continuously-inhabited city in the world.
Enjoy the pics I snapped during my short tour in Byblos Castle which was built by the crusaders in the 12th century. It is located in the archaeological site near the port.
Wait for the review of my visit to Cedars Forest 😉 Soon
